At the time this was taken train 386 and 387 ran from Detroit to London and the road power would be used on 582 or 584 to st thomas usually in the morning to st thomas. It is very possible road power would be on a london local then I just found this photo.

This brings back many memories. The shot I have of it is in the yard working solo on the opposite side of the yard to the main. That's what made me say yard power. Who knows back in those days.
