Comments on: CN 5293 is seen leading a set of light power on the Central Butte Sub through the north end of Moose Jaw Saskatchewan. There are no less than three bridges in town with similar paint jobs.

Nice Matt. You have a much better unit on the bridge than the big GE I caught on mine this summer. Checking CNRHA, they have photos of the other 2 bridges in town on their site. They refer to them as a type 6 & 7 (they have a developed a system of types for the lettering). This bridge is listed as ?. I would call it a type 6a. It has all the characteristics of a type 6, it's because the span is shorter that "courtesy and service" was put underneath and a little smaller. I can appreciate the difficulty of getting a photo like this with good sun exposure on the bridge and a unit passing over it. :-)
CNRHA should give you a ring and add this beauty to their bridge collection.
