The elevation in the curve sure exaggerates the lean, a couple of shims under the pier plate on the field side would correct that. Not a place you want to attempt digging to level. Still looking good for 50+ years old.

Looks like that signal mast was leaned outward to clear a dimensional load at one time and never returned to vertical!
