		<description>While I can&#039;t explain why they laid over downtown, they would be moving CN/GTW to Chicago and then likely Missouri Pacific to the border for delivery to NdeM and beyond. If this was the timeframe during the E-L detours account Hurricane Agnes, then likely they were on a CN freight that avoided Mac Yard because of that congestion.</description>
