		<description>I&#039;d hazard a guess this is a &quot;hospital train&quot; or train of retired equipment to be disposed of. The four RDC4&#039;s (two red and white ex-CP , the VIA and CN-painted ones) were sold to Diesel Cummins by this time, and later ended up at Les Cedres QC. The CN boxcars could be idlers.

I&#039;d be interested in seeing a list of what&#039;s in this lashup.</description>
