I would tend to say no, there isn’t any difference. Although, some rivet counters on here will probably beg to differ. Some were built by GE in PA while the newer ones were built in TX.

The internet is definitely a wonderful thing. Luckily my mind is still as sharp as a tack. I knew the builders date from my time running this class of units. I don’t just jump on and go…I like to check my ride out for all the bells and whistles.

3025 was built in 2015. I had 3030 as the power on my last run as an engineer.????

They were/are brand new units. 3025 is probably a couple of years old, 3225 isn’t even a year old yet.
