Comments on: CN GP9 4482 pokes out of the east end of Union Station’s train shed in the morning, sitting on track 11 under the the then-new train shed extension at the south end (added in the late 70′s for tracks 11 & 12). It’s a little unclear what a CN freight GP9 is doing here, but it appears to be leading an MLW unit and train, so may be rescue power heading up an eastbound VIA passenger train.
