Comments on: CN L540′s first work of the day was to take four empty gondolas down the Huron Park Spur to Triple M Metal on Balzer Rd. I followed in pursuit, but the sun angle was horrendous for BNSF 2090 leading back north so I decided to return to Kitchener Yard and wait for them to come back. They threw a wrench in to that plan when they stayed on the south track to go out to the P&H Shantz Station Terminal to reposition cars. By the time I got out to Shantz Station Rd. they were already done with the repositioning and were ready to head back to Kitchener. CN 7068 and BNSF 2090 are shown crossing over Shantz Station Rd. heading westbound back to Kitchener Yard.

Thanks Jason. Agreed, it's really difficult to find a decent location to photograph in Guelph and Kitchener with all the fencing and No Trespassing signs Metrolinx has installed in recent years.

Nice angle from there Rob. It’s not an easy area to shoot.
