		<description>Yes, it was. Run-around. They don&#039;t really do this anymore, instead they split the power at CGC so they don&#039;t have to go all the way to Hagersville. At least that&#039;s what I observed the last time I was there. It could depend on the crew though and the time of the year - the 10 per slows in summer really cut into their time.</description>
