	<title>Comments on: CN train 384 is certainly not one I see often, so hearing he had some half decent power I figured it was worth waiting for. Here he is seen coasting down the escarpment at Bayview with a SD70, as well as BC Rail Dash-8 repaint 4618 and GP9RM&#8217;s 7046 and 4136. It is interesting that many of the surviving cowl Dash-8&#8242;s now have a stencil painted on the rear that reads &#8220;No emergency brake valve&#8221;. Not sure why all of a sudden they have been applied but not before now, unless it is something that has been removed.</title>
