Comments on: CN train L540 with CN GP9RM 4130 and GMTX 2255 are just light units as they roll west by the Kitchener VIA Rail station and former GEXR office. The units were heading for the Huron Park Spur in Kitchener, where they would make their way to the interchange with Canadian Pacific to lift cars. CN A431 had not run in several days from MacMillan yard, hence there were no cars for them to take to the CP interchange.

@Kevin Flood- Thanks Kevin. I heard they were left on by a railfan-friendly member of a previous crew.

@BradKetchen- Thanks Brad. At the time of this photo they were no longer connected. However since, one has reportedly since been re-connected for maintenance equipment storage.

Are the tracks to the left, especially the one where they would park the locomotives, are they still connected? I believe Stephen said they had disconnected it. The Green class lights caught my attention too! very nice.
