	<title>Comments on: CP 140 departs Windsor Yard after making a set off and a lift. Trailing is TRE 124 which had been involved in a severe and unfortunately fatal grade crossing accident with a dump truck in Fort Worth, Texas. It was on its way to be repaired (I presume at CAD but I&#8217;m not 100% on that).</title>
