I believe it was the 14th that began to smoke after departing Toronto Yard and set off the defect detector near Cherrywood, so they pulled into the siding at Whitby to take off the breaks on that axle before continuing business as usual. They managed to pick up some speed by the time they rounded the corner behind me with the assistance of UP 7975 which seemed to stalk 7023 around Canada for a couple weeks following this, as the pair were then rallied back and forth by Montreal and Edmonton on 118 and 119.</title>
