		<description>It was built likely over a hundred years ago, at that point dozens of industries were served out of this once very busy yard. Now two industries remain nearby and they are served directly from St-Luc Yard a couple of nights a week. I don&#039;t see any future for this yard. It can&#039;t really be developed for now as the yard is surrounded by a wye leading to the Lasalle Loop Spur, where those two remaining clients are located.</description>
