Comments on: CP 235 brings a long cut of intermodal through the turnouts at College Ave as they head towards the Detroit River Rail Tunnel, and ultimately to CP’s Oak Intermodal Terminal in Detroit. Last year CP removed the turnout and CN’s only connection to the tunnel, signifying a definite end to any hopes of them returning service through Windsor South (the interlocking to the far right/background) and the tunnel here. The last movements through Windsor South were made by CSX when they still ran transfers over here from Detroit, and I think they stopped them in either 2012 or 2013.
