Comments on: CP 4428 is seen sitting just outside of Russel Metals on the St James Industrial Spur. They are about to enter the building, pull out a small string of cars, then push some different cars in. CP 4428 is a former SOO Line GP38-2 built in July of 1979 and was repainted for CP in early 2012. Although it may not be in SOO colours anymore, it’s nice to see this unit still operating!
