Comments on: CP 5790 slowly slugs uphill with a total of 7 SD40-2′s behind it. The train has been down on its knees since Fort Steele with the conductor having to fire up the CMQ 9023 to get them above 5 mph. The train consisted of the 8 SD40-2′s and 65 empty ballast cars for the pit at Swansea.
