<title>Comments on: CP 7023 leads a late CP 142 under the searchlight signals at West Toronto. After many delays and the engine randomly applying the brakes during the trip (13 times between Chicago and Lambton I believe), RTC gave 142 lights to Toronto yard where a diesel doc would look at the unit. The future of these searchlights is in jeopardy as Metrolinx has offered to pay for signal upgrades to the West Toronto switches and SearchLITEs (LED searchlights) have already appeared at the west end of the control point.</title>
