Comments on: CP 8223 is seen here picking up a single hopper from the Saint Gobain Ceramics plant in the community of Chippawa, just south of Niagara Falls on former Michigan Central trackage. Seeing that this industry only receives a handful of cars per month, it was a delighted catch, but the rarity of having a single GP9 made the moment even sweeter.

Correct Stephen, the ETT lists 5mph limit, no 6-axles, and single engine permitted.
