<title>Comments on: CP 8611 East limps it&#8217;s train toward Belle River on a very cold February morning. 8611 had dumped it&#8217;s air about a mile back and was having trouble getting pressure back up. Eventually they were able to get enough air on the rear of the train to limp at about 5mph the remaining 3 miles to Belle River so that they could allow 2 westbounds to pass by and inspect their train for the cause of the problem.</title>
