<title>Comments on: CP 9-119 breaks the silence as it passes by Anderson Rd just outside of Tichborne, Ontario with the Smiths Falls yard units leading a 76 empty car train.

Although I have never seen this happen in the past couple years I&#8217;ve been railfanning I heard its actually pretty common to have empty, stored cars returned to service after with the yard units after the manufacturing facilities change their tooling for the next models of cars. That&#8217;s for the autoracks at the tail end of this train. As for the baretables up front I can only guess it&#8217;s for a similar reason.

Despite it never being confirmed I believe the power returned trailing on 112 later that night/ early the next morning to power the next F55 servicing the Omya factory in Perth.</title>
