Comments on: CP 91 is a Budd RDC-2 retained by CP Rail for MoW and other service; it was formerly CP Dayliner 9108. Photograph taken on a day when it was in CP’s Quebec Street Yard in London ON. Renumbering to CP 91 occurred late in 1978; a lot of CP’s passenger equipment transferred to VIA Rail around that time. He served in the Navy and told me that the stripes were based from designs he saw on Navy battleships. That was in the 70's when he worked out of Windsor Station where his office was at the old CPR head office before it was moved to Calgary.
