<title>Comments on: CP 9803, is on a solo mission, charging upgrade and westbound with a long train comprised of autoracks. Like Kevin Flood, I suspect this was the 1st of two CP 147&#8242;s less than 30 minutes apart. Friday was another PD day for me, excellent conditions and opportune time to revisit Campbellville and its classic rail-fanning spot &#8230; escarpment, private wooden bridge, rail type fence, track grade and enhanced by a timely touch of fall colouring.</title>
