The city may have encroached on this location a little in the 38 years since the photo was taken. The location seems to be the Montgomery Road overpass at Mile 8. Used to be a great spot to watch trains. They stopped clearing the brush in the hydro right of way so this location is likely inaccessible. The house where I lived in 1987 is about 2000 ft behind the power in this shot.
