	<title>Comments on: CP train 903 has just passed under Simcoe Street in Oshawa led by FP-7 4071 and RS-2 8407 on March 16, 1966. The Simcoe Street overpass was built for two tracks and the extra space can be seen to the right of the train. The second track was never installed but current plans for GO train expansion to Bowmanville will make use of this hundred year old &#8220;future&#8221; planning.</title>
