We here in Chatham ( deep in SW Ontario) get to see this train each year. Unfortunately for us, we don't get to see the full effect of the lights without having to travel an hour away to London, night before the train rolls into Chatham, or in Windsor the same day (but at evening). Great angle...and just enough darkness to get the effect of the lights.
