Bill, beautiful colour picture of a beautiful locomotive !
Brings back many good memories. The only thing that might have made the picture even greater would have been a GRR electric motor in the back ground. Thank you for sharing.

I well remember this engine at Lambton Yard, and the men who worked on it. It was one of several P1′s assigned to London.
