	<title>Comments on: Dash 2&#8242;s a plenty always seemed to be the &#8216;norm&#8217; in the 80&#8242;s and 90&#8242;s on the Windsor Subdivision, but they weren&#8217;t always this colorful.  Today we have a nice &#8220;elly-style&#8221; lashup with CP SD40-2 #5917 heading up IC&amp;E 6443 (ex-UP 3705) and HLCX (ex-BN same #) 7003 on a westbound empty ethanol train as it waits on a new crew to take it from Canada into the U.S. via the Windsor/Detroit rail tunnel.</title>
