Comments on: Definitely not the coolest thing on CN’s roster up in lead, CN 331 (when it existed) drags it’s 150 car train down hill towards Komoka Junction passing under the scenic bridge at Franks Lane west of London that goes over the CN here, and under the CP to the north (left). The Kingpost truss bridge apparently was a rare form of truss bridge that had metal supports on the vertical parts on both sides as the rest of the bridge was made from solid wood. It definitely makes for a better picture location shooting the train going under this cool piece of infrastructure then standing on it shooting the plain straight double track and farm fields.
