<title>Comments on: Despite its reputation at times, I have always like spending time at Hamilton West. While at first glance the location seems to never change, there has been a number of changes here over the years. The first being the location name. With the upgrading of the Oakville subdivision came the elimination of the plant known as Hamilton West. Today it is simply an extension of Bayview Junction. The old searchlight signals were eliminated as well with new hooded LED lights installed here. Sadly all variations of “Cowls” on Cn have been retired making this Dash-8/SD60 combo on 390 impossible to replicate today. The classic green bridge sides over highway 403 have also been replaced and the tree here I have framed many trains with over the years is now dead and gradually falling down.</title>
