Canadian union agreement rules require Cloth seats, Microwave, Hotplate and since most Foreign units do not have this, these units usually turn at Sarnia or get a Canadian union agreement leader added. But they do not apply to American crews which take trains into, and out of Sarnia. 

For as long as I&#039;ve been in Sarnia great stuff always came and left especially on the locals/transfers, and it was absolutely amazing when foreign leaders were running through before Arbitration upheld the Union agreement for leaders in 2008 or so , Hunter Harrison was bent on eliminating the rule and lost.

That EMD up front is just Gorgeous, nice catch Marc.</description>
