	<title>Comments on: During construction of the Churchill grain elevator, 0-4-0 #8 pushes what appears to be a stationary boiler under a tarp. Judging by the number of workers around, there must be a problem. The large steel frame is for the conveyor from the elevator out to the pier for loading boats. The travelling crane erecting the frame has a pair of booms and has a boiler in the corner. Photo taken by my grandfather from the roof of the powerhouse with editing assistance from the moderators.</title>
