<title>Comments on: During the 1980&#8242;s the railway scene in Kelowna was interesting. I always seemed to find a CP or CN unit somewhere in the yards. On this particular day CP 3031 was moving cars around the area near me. I took around 3 photographs CP 3031 before moving on. I like this picture because it shows the human side of day to day railway operations. Parking near there was never an issue, &amp; there was a small hill that you could climb to get a better view of the yards. At the time I had the impression that there was enough local business to keep the railways busy for years, but sadly I was wrong! The days before the idiots with spray cans, &amp; no respect for the railways were great.</title>
