Comments on: During the “Oka Crisis” in 1990, the Mercier bridge in the Montreal area was closed, causing traffic chaos. As a “relief valve”, two commuter trains were temporarily operated between Montreal and St-Isidore over CN lines using former CP commuter equipment borrowed from West Island commuter service.
