<title>Comments on: During the summer of 1980 the GM/EMD plant at Lagrange IL was at full capacity pumping out SD40-2&#8242;s for Burlington Northern. To speed up delivery it was decided to construct two batches (7167-7235, 8075-8089) at GMDD London. Here 7235 the final from the first batch is at the CP in Windsor. It, along with 7234 will be lifted by the C&amp;O Puller. A spotting feature of the Canadian built units was the smooth sided traction motor blower bulge (behind the cab). The US built units had two horizontal strengthening bars.</title>
