The train may be CN 323, returning from St. Albans, VT.

6022, 6023, 6025, 6027 and 6028 are all based out of Vancouver. 2 of these are usually in Kamloops for the yard/local power and the other 3 are used on various transfers from Thornton Yard to North Vancouver/New Westminster etc.

This one happens to be a non hump unit, probably on the DMIR, but I cannot find any newish pictures of it unfortunately
