I wandered over there before you showed. The sign being gone and the track shifted just didn’t look all that interesting to me. But yes, I suppose it IS a time machine opportunity.

Ronald: It pleases me greatly that this photo brings back some delightful memories of the past. This is what it is all about. Your comments are much appreciated and very informative……..I can imagine how you feel to see photos of this nature; as I have enough feelings just visiting places that brought me so much photography and social pleasures so many years back. An example is that Parry Sound just isn’t the same without the late Jimmie Bell sitting at his desk in the CPR station where he was an agent for many years. Wondering now if you knew of him.

The engineer is the late Bernie Johnson, who retired in 1986. Bernie was quite proud of the “Greek fisherma’s cap”, which he purchsed on a mediterranean cruise. What a lot of very fond memories this photo evokes in me Arnold.

Have a few, but because of their age they have to be cleaned up a bit.
Most everything is from print film and colours tend to shift over the years and moderators might get grumpy. )

I grew up in the 80′s not far from the yard in Woodstock. Would love to see more pics of Woodstock and area!! Great memories of railfanning here.
