	<title>Comments on: Essex Terminal Railway GP9 108 and caboose 1610 are seen on a move in Windsor in May of 2001. 108 was acquired secondhand from Quebec Cartier Mining in 1989 (former QCM unit 59). Two modifications made were the removal of its dynamic brakes, and the removal of its large front plow. The 1610 was former CP 434530, one of two ex-CP vans ETR acquired.</title>
