		<description>Very interesting shot. In 1970 I believe that Manchester Liners still ran container ships past Montreal right up the St.Lawrence Seaway to Chicago, the Lakehead and Duluth. These could have been loaded with Canadian made auto parts for export to Britain, both GM and Ford had large British operations, to travel on a British ship from a Commonwealth country to make full benefit of the British Preferential Tariff. There was free trade throughout the Commonwealth in those days.</description>
