	<title>Comments on: Every once in a while, CP does something really remarkable. I heard an eastbound cleared out of Wolverton on the scanner but couldn&#8217;t make out the number. &#8220;Sure, let&#8217;s try&#8221;, and out the door I went. I have no idea how it happened but this pair of KCS Belle&#8217;s had snuck through to Windsor unnoticed and had snuck halfway back to Toronto overnight. You just never know what might show up these days; especially with all the KCS trailing units and inconsistency of the need to go to Detroit where the power is wyed. If it doesn&#8217;t go CP can provide some pretty interesting lead units.</title>
