The second car is "Lomond" a 1948 Budd diner/observation (the windows in the rounded end giving it the observation) originally C&O car 1921 (or 1920 according to different records) and again through ONT and BCOL to Aspen Crossing. First passenger car is “Milo” a 1947 Budd tavern/lounge originally NYC CAR 406 then through ONT and BCOL to Aspen Crossing.
