I imagine NREX is involved financially to make that possible.. probably due to having a need to register paperwork/ulmer/etc as otherwise these don't have official reporting marks (dofasco and stelco seem to not maintain theirs) NREX 412 is a convenience mark used to ship these babies out anytime they move – Stelco or Dofasco, used temporarily during the move only.
