The 7897 was in town as it had come over on an empty grain extra that was delivered to W.G. Thompson in Blenheim. The local crew brought the unit back to Chatham for ‘safe keeping’ I guess. In 1995 it was nice to shoot the big CSX GE’s as they were still ‘the new thing’ at the time.
