Comments on: “Fill ‘er up!” Essex Terminal Railway 106, their lone Alco C420 originally of Lehigh & Hudson River heritage (L&HR 22) is pictured taking on fuel from a small Shell pump in Windsor on July 18th 1973. ETR 106 would eventually be sold off to the Arkansas & Missouri RR as their A&M 50, joining other ex-L&HR sister C420′s on the railway (including the two that had gone to BC Rail).
