Comments on: First autumn of RaiLink Southern Ontario Railway operation of CN’s Stuart Street Yard on the west side of Hamilton ON. Two elderly SW1200RS work the yard, the first RaiLink units I ever met (seen in Brantford Yard before their first day in Hamilton). The earlier style cab numberboard & headlight fairing of ex-CN 1285 differ from those of 1201 which had its original CN 1335 number replaced, to reflect its horsepower most likely. Note the fuel stains from 1201′s stacks, and the “speeder” beyond the wheat hopper car.
