Comments on: For a brief few months after RLK 2210 arrived, there were two locomotives on GEXR with the number 2210. I ended up following this train in Cambridge and photographed them as they switched Access Warehousing. Access stopped using rail well over 10 years ago I think and the tracks in the street are now removed as is the crossing protection. The easement remains though in case someone wants to spend a million bucks to bring rail service to their factory..

Something must have happened as I found an article from March 2009 that Associated Packaging was going to expand it’s Cambridge operations with a multimillion dollar investment.

However, 580 is switching out Associated Packaging in your photo…..last train ran up there in spring of 2011.
