Here we see VIA F40PH number 6451 in its previous livery prior to the current one that drapes most or all VIA F40PHs now. Even the VIA didn’t do justice to shatter the silence of this quiet scene of Westwood Drive and Westmount Road in the west end of Kitchener, in the subdivision of Victoria Hills. Note the old CN bridge with the CN noodle barely visible.
