		<description>They had them on lease from Helm (HATX) for a while and likely needed more 4-motor power at the time they were bought, account the last of the C424&#039;s and RS18u&#039;s had just retired the previous year. This was back when CP was buying secondhand SD40-2&#039;s as well.</description>
