		<description>I don&#039;t think you can buff out a bent frame. Probably going to be parted out and scrapped. 

Or sent back to GE to be rebuilt on a new frame and salvage what they can. You are aware that railroads scrap units if the frame is bent right? 

It probably has been rebuilt.</description>
