	<title>Comments on: From a &#8220;When they were new&#8221; point of view, here is CP SD9043AC (as designated on the cab) #9130 sitting in Windsor. 9130 was on hand to do training for the engineers and the maintenance crews in Windsor in March of 1999. Unit was here for about 2 weeks, with 9128 joining it later. The Hostler was moving the unit around and after getting my shots invited me up for a tour and a ride. Nice units, too bad they didn&#8217;t perform well for CP as I think I would prefer seeing these over GE&#8217;s rolling by.</title>
