Comments on: From a “When they were new” point of view, here is CP SD9043AC (as designated on the cab) #9130 sitting in Windsor. 9130 was on hand to do training for the engineers and the maintenance crews in Windsor in March of 1999. Unit was here for about 2 weeks, with 9128 joining it later. The Hostler was moving the unit around and after getting my shots invited me up for a tour and a ride. Nice units, too bad they didn’t perform well for CP as I think I would prefer seeing these over GE’s rolling by.
